Yummy Sugary Snacks - Fruit!
A lot of people say they want to start eating healthy. They want to stop eating junk food, start eating fruits & veggies, limit their caffiene, fats, and maybe stop eating meat too. They want to do it immediately and all at once. The intentions are nice - but they're not very thought out. It actually sounds very stressful. What to do? Start small. Try this: Eat 1-2 pieces of fruit a day. Two would be awesome, but if you can do one every day, that'd be amazing. Who knows? Maybe you work your way up to two. Swap the cookies for an orange.
